Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer to minimize environmental waste.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid sustainable shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
